Rosscourt Guest House, situated in Boscombe Spa Resort, Bournemouth, is a child free zone, offering a peaceful and relaxing break, close to the seafront in Boscombe, Bournemouth. 200 yards from the shopping area, gardens and restaurants, Rosscourt is the perfect place to base yourself and not need to use the car.
AA 4 star grading , all 8 rooms have en suite shower rooms, freeview flat screen TV, hairdryers and hospitality trays. Our guest lounge has comfortable sofas and a 43 inchTV, bookcase to borrow books and a fire to warm you on the colder days.
A ground floor twin or super king room is available for guests who dont like stairs.
We book on room only basis and a choice of breakfast on a flexible basis can be booked at the hotel for four pounds everyday breakfast and six pounds for Rosscourt full English , so you do not have to pay for what you do not have.

Single travellers have a double en suite room at a discounted rate. We have secure storage for cycles , motorbikes, surf boards and golf clubs please arrange when booking.
Working dogs accepted, however, please request this before confirming the booing as we only have one room that we can accommodate in.
