Keith and Barbara Baldock (New Owners and Managers of the Grovefield Manor Hotel since April 2007) have refurbished the hotel to a high standard and welcome all new and returning guests. Situated opposite the entrance to Branksome Dene Chine and the beach, with a bus stop outside going directly into Bournemouth, Poole and Sandbanks, the car can be left in the car park for the duration of your stay.
Their local pub is a very short stroll and the trendy villages of Canford Cliffs (famous for its coffee shops) and Westbourne for ‘ladies who like to shop or eat’, are both close by. Sandbanks is about 1 mile away where a ferry crossing to Studland and Swanage make an enjoyable day out. Swanage has a Steam train to Corfe Castle. If you like boat trips, Brownsea Island is a short boat ride from Poole Quay or Sandbanks. So much to do and see, all you have to do is select a date and book, Grovefield Manor Hotel awaits everyone. From the minute you arrive the easy access Car Park and warm welcoming Hall, ensure comfort for your stay. A delightful chandelier lit Sitting Room invites guests to either sit and watch TV or meet with friends, drink Coffee or read a book. Barbara and Keith offer a warm welcome and are committed to customer service.
The modern bright and trendy bar offers an "as required service" with an ambient lite LCD TV.
Should you wish to run a Corporate Day Event or hire the whole Manor for a Party or Wedding, details are available on request. Our Function Room can cater for up to 60 guests and we are fortunate enough to have the locally well known Caterers, Top Table, to organise and manage your event if required (they have catered for Princess Anne so they must be good enough for us).
