Blakes award-winning restaurant now has the AA double rosette, the only 3 star hotel in Bournemouth to have this recognition. The Head Chef, David Hutchence, is renowned for the quality, style and imagination of his dishes and along with the Maitre d', Nick Rutigliano and his enthusiastic team you will be given a warm and friendly welcome. During the warmer months dine out in our private garden terrace with direct access from the restaurant.

For that special occasion or important conference, The Connaught Hotel has 6 function rooms and conference facilities, all located on the ground floor and all with natural lighting, to accommodate up to 200 guests or delegates. The Franklyn Suite has a new dance floor of 200m2; The Connaught Suite and our Priory Suite 1 are fully air-conditioned.
